My Bio
I'm Jaq D Hawkins, a writer of Esoteric, Fantasy and Steampunk books. I can't draw to save my life, but I find other ways to be creative. Among them are sewing, some experiments with ceramics, filmmaking and most importantly, writing. I also do some graphic arts with the pictures of my favourite artists, which end up in my films or on book covers more often than not.

It has taken a few years, but I've turned into a film editor. Not as experienced as the big studiod use, but I've learned a lot over time and even very recently have learned some key skills that will allow me to finish off my first movie, Graveyard Shift, a lot faster than it took me to finish the second one. Old Blood is being considered by a sales agent in Los Angeles, but whether they go for it or not, I have a self-distribution plan in place. I'm just finishing up various admin tasks while I give this sales agent a chance to respond.
